Project Overview

Welcome to GreenCellAtlas, a comprehensive single-cell transcriptomics platform designed to facilitate research on gene expression patterns across multiple plant species. This platform provides an integrated resource for exploring and analyzing gene expression patterns across different cell types, identifying cell-type-specific markers, and understanding functional annotations of genes.

The platform is built using R Shiny, offering a highly responsive and intuitive environment for data exploration and visualization. Whether you are a plant biologist, bioinformatician, or researcher, this guide will help you navigate the interface and utilize the tools effectively.
